Terms and Conditions – Essentiq Atelier

Welcome to www.essentiq-atelier.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our website www.essentiq-atelier.com , managed by Essentiq Atelier, for customers within the Netherlands and Belgium.

We reserve the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time.

2. Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We do our best to ensure that all items on our website are in stock. In the rare event that an item is no longer available after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Prices & VAT

All prices are stated in EUR and are inclusive of VAT.

For orders within the European Union, including Belgium, we use the OSS scheme (One Stop Shop). This means that the applicable VAT rate is automatically applied based on the country of delivery.

Shipping costs are not included and are calculated during checkout.
Essentiq Atelier reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation indicates that we have received your order, but does not yet constitute acceptance. Acceptance occurs when your order has been shipped.

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

5. Payment

Payments can be made securely via the available payment methods in the checkout, including iDEAL, BanContact, credit card and other offered payment methods.

Orders will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

6. Shipping & Delivery Information

We aim to ship orders within 4-8 business days .
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination (Netherlands or Belgium).

Essentiq Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers.

7. Returns & Exchanges

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt , provided that the items are unwashed, unworn and in their original condition.

As our items are delivered without labels or tags, the absence of these is not a valid reason to refuse a return.

Please include your order number and which items you wish to return.

The shipping costs for returns from the Netherlands & Belgium are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Products purchased via the sale page cannot be returned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product designs, is the property of Essentiq Atelier and may not be used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Essentiq Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
