Return Policy

Returns at Essentiq Atelier

We hope you are happy with your order from Essentiq Atelier. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt by contacting our customer service via email.

These return conditions apply to orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.

1. Return Period

You can return any eligible item within 14 days of the delivery date .
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unwashed
In original condition

As our items are delivered without labels or tags, their absence is not a valid reason to refuse a return.

Items that cannot be returned:

Products purchased during a sale
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items

3. How to initiate a return?

To request a return, please send an email to our customer service at
info@essentiq-atelier.com

In your email, clearly state:

Your order number
Which items you wish to return
The reason for the return

Our customer service will then assist you further and process your return.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The shipping costs for returns from the Netherlands & Belgium are at your own expense, unless the item is damaged or we made an error with your order.

We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace , as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or product, you can return the item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via
info@essentiq-atelier.com
and include clear photos. We will resolve this for you free of charge and as quickly as possible.
