Shipping – Essentiq Atelier
At Essentiq Atelier, we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping process.
This shipping policy applies to orders within the Netherlands.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your payment.
Due to busy periods around new collections and holidays, processing and shipping may sometimes take a little longer. We apologize for the long wait and any potential delay.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a track & trace code.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout, depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times:
Netherlands: 4-8 business days
Belgium: 4-8 business days
These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to carrier congestion, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Partners
We ship our orders via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL or BPost, depending on the destination.
4. Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace number by email. This allows you to follow the shipping progress of your package.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, we always do our best to find a solution together with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Address
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Essentiq Atelier is not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
